Turkey Hill - Conestoga, PA
Turkey Hill, located in Conestoga, PA, was a project consisting of foundations, flatwork and structural slab on deck. Stief Concrete Work has successfully used the Skydeck forming system by Peri on several large and small scale projects within the last few years including a 50,000 sf condominium building in Wayne, Pa in 2007.

Clipper Magazine Stadium - Lancaster, PA
The Clipper Magazine Stadium scope consisted of approximately 5,200 lf of seating riser. The project also included foundations, walls and steps. The entire scope was completed within a 5 month time period; working primarily through the winter months. Stief Concrete used tents and various other heated enclosures extensively to complete the project on time.

Franklin & Marshall University - Lancaster, PA
The Alumni Sports and Fitness Center project was made up primarily of sitework. We did quite a bit of stamped colored concrete work on this project. We were awarded an ABC Award of Excellence for the checkerboard work.

Total Logistic Control - Quakertown, PA
Total Logistic Control is a 955,000 sf manufacturing and distribution center located in Quakertown, PA. The project was made up of 185,000sf of wall panel (approximately 190+ panels) and was one of 4 tilt-up buildings completed by Stief Concrete in the year 2005. Stief Concrete completed the wall panels at TLC in approximately 7 weeks. The job consisted of roughly 5,000 cubic yards of concrete and 300 tons of rebar.

Allen Envelope - Exton, PA
Stief Concrete performed work on a 180,000 sf manufacturing facility called Allen Envelope in 1999. The job consisted of 60,000 sf of wall panel 50% of which was faced with a brick veneer that was cast into the surface. The entire building was constructed within large heated tents to protect from winter conditions. Panels were formed, poured and erected within a 9 week period.

Pembroke North – Wayne, PA
Pembroke North is a 50,000 sf condo building constructed by Stief Concrete in 2007. In addition to footings, walls and slabs on grade, Stief Concrete formed and poured 50,000 sf of 18” tk structural deck using the Skydeck system. Other work included pan steps and exterior door pads.
